Cancellations & Punctuality
It is understood that there may be occasions when you wish to postpone your weekly lesson with advance notice (e.g. for a planned holiday).
• A minimum of 48 hours (2 days) notice is required, but please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or postpone a lesson.
Once you have given notice, arrangements can be made with your instructor to reschedule the standing order.
• Late cancellations – if you cancel your lesson with less than 48 hours (2 days) notice, you will be liable for the cost of your lesson.
• Repeated or regular cancellations and/or late payments may result in your weekly lesson slot being offered to another customer. If your instructor feels you are not committed to ongoing lessons, another pupil could benefit more from the lesson slot.
